Marvelous Monday
New Format
I started Marvelous Mondays with the intent of starting the week off meditating on God's goodness. The vision was initially a little blurry, but it has become a little clearer now. Instead of a devotional (which I'll continue to post from time to time on the Apples of Gold blog), I'd like this blog to be a forum for praises and thanksgiving to God. I hope you will join me each week.
Today, I praise and thank God...
a) that His joy is my daily strength
b) for reminding me of the brevity of life
c) for the sound of my children's laughter
"I will praise You, O Lord, with my whole heart; I will tell of all Your marvelous works." Psalm 9:1

Today I praise and thank God for my husband. He knew that I am not feeling 100% today, and that I was feeling a little overwhelmed with things, so he came home at lunch and offered to take the boys for their 12:30 hair cut appointment. I didn't have to go out, and was able to finish laundry. What a guy! God was very good when he gave me my husband.
I am thankful that God can be everywhere...especially when I can't be.
